This is a super bulky super slouchy extremely loose beanie ideal to put on your un-squashable hairdo in a very modern snoody kind of way. It can be made in a matter of hours. The pattern is the easiest of all, just a K1 P1 rib that decreases at the crown very neatly with full instructions.

The term ‘chunky’ (US ‘bulky’) can be confusing and covers a range of yarns that vary in thickness using a needle range of 6mm (US 10) up to as big as 15mm (US19) So if you choose a yarn that is not mentioned above to substitute for this hat, then you will need to choose one that will knit on 8mm (US11) to the gauge given otherwise there is cannot guarantee that this beanie will fit you.
